    ā€œIā€™m currently utilizing the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin to display coupons and apply discounts to the final cart price. However, Iā€™m encountering two issues:

    1. The coupon isnā€™t applied automatically; I have to refresh the page to apply it.
    2. After applying the coupon, the page gets stuck on the notification indicating that the coupon has been applied.

    Could anyone provide guidance or assistance on resolving these issues? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!ā€

After reviewing the product page URL you provided, we were unable to replicate the same issue on your site. Upon further inspection, we noticed that the elements of the plugin are not currently active on your site. Could you please confirm whether the plugin is currently deactivated on your site?

    To further investigate and assist you effectively, we kindly request that you provide us with your WooCommerce System Status report. This report can be generated by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report in your WordPress dashboard.

    Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share screenshots of all tabs of the coupon edit page for the coupon in question. This will provide us with a clearer understanding of your coupon settings and help us diagnose the issue accurately.

    Once we have this information, we’ll be in a better position to provide you with guidance and assistance.

    Hi WebToffee Support Team,

    Thank you for looking into my issue. You’re right, I double-checked and the plugin is currently deactivated, the same will be activated from 07:00 PM IST to tomorrow 10:00 AM. The website is a live website now and orders are being placed on it.

    I’ve attached the WooCommerce System Status report and screenshots of all tabs for the problematic coupon as requested.
