Coupons not working

    Hi,

    I have set up the plugin to send an auto-generated coupon code with the recovery email.

    The issue is that when a customer applied a coupon code to the cart, discount is shown on the website checkout page but on checkout out to Paypal, and Stripe the amount charged is without the discount.

    Other manually created Woocommerce coupons are working fine.

    Could you please help to fix this issue?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It should not happen, actually.

    Can you please let me know, you have selected the option to apply the coupon
    automatically on the checkout page, or are users applying it manually?

    The coupons generated by the plugin are created in the Woocommerce coupon section & the coupon is applied to the checkout, the same as Woocommerce does.

    Is there any plugin that works with the coupon? If yes, then can you please check by disabling it?

    I have selected the option to apply the coupon
    automatically on the checkout page, also the coupons can be applied manually if customers visit the site without clicking the email link.

    We use the ‘Woo Discount Rules’ plugin and I have tested coupons after disabling it. Still, the issue was present.

    Anything else we should check?

    It’s strange!

    We checked the same at our side to confirm this, and it seems to be working fine.

    It seems that there is a conflict with another plugin. Can you please follow the below step to debug the issue?

    – Deactivate all plugins except the Woocommerce, Cart abandonment & SMTP.
    – Check if the issue is resolved or not.
