Coupons not showing in Woo menu, even though they are enabled

    I went to add a coupon code to Woocommerce, but the only options I see in the menu are Orders, Reports and Settings. I checked the settings, and the Coupons are enabled, yet, I can’t add any because they are not in the menu. Please advise.

  • Probably something is removing the menu. Have you tried debugging this? Are admin user? Have you tried deactivating plugins and/or theme?

    Hey @annamartindesigns!

    If you want to use coupons with WooCommerce, you first need to enable them in WooCommerce. Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout and tick the checkbox to Enable the use of coupons. Then Save Changes.
