Do you have logging enabled in the plugin? Can you provide a sample of a log from an order where a coupon was added but not showing up how you want?

Yes, logging is enabled. Below is a sample report I pulled. The highlighted order a coupon code “needs to pay” was applied that zeroed out the price, but that information is not reflected anywhere.

And where is the data getting exported from? Is this from a WooCommerce report or a PayPal account report or what?

When we added the plugin it created an additional tap in WooCommerce – Order Export. That is where we are downloading the report from. It is not affecting our PayPal account at all so I assume all of the information is being pulled from WooCommerce Orders.

Our plugin would not be adding any Order Export. That must be coming from something else.

Ha. OK, my apologies. We added two plugins at once. So then I assume we would see the results of this plugin on our actual PayPal report?

Yes, but PayFlow is a little different with line items. They don’t always include them depending on what version you have. Do you know if you’re on Payments Pro 2.0 specifically?

    (@jessicasr)

Right, that is what we are struggling with – we are on PayFlow Pro now and lost all of our line item descriptions on the reports.

What were you on before? Were you using DoDirectPayment?

    Thread Starter JessicaSR

    (@jessicasr)

We were using a combination of Verisign, standard Paypal and Emerchant.

It sounds like you would get along better with DoDirectPayment. I would set that up and see if the API calls are successful for you. Not all Pro accounts have access to DDP, but most do. It includes detailed line items.

Great – we’ll check it out. Thanks for your help!
