Coupons by State in the United States

    I figured out how to do it but now the discount does not apply to my products in the checkout page properly.

    It shows as $0.00 discount instead of %5 discount.

    Its actually causing a 500 error when I try to add the coupon or add a product to the cart.

    Hello,

    Can you specify what versions of Woo/Wordpress you are using? And how did you setup the coupon?

    The issue with invalid coupons incorrectly showing has been fixed in the latest, 3.0.7.
