Can you please try the steps below and see if it resolves the issue?

• Analytics > Settings > Date type – set to Date Created
• WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache
• Import Historical Data

Thanks for providing an update, as well as your SSR!

WC Version: 7.7.2

As per your SSR, I am able to see that you are not yet using the latest version of WooCommerce [7.8.2]. Can you see if updating this makes any difference?

Should the issue persists, this could be the cause of browser caching, or server-side caching. Can you try clearing your browser cache and if you’re using a caching plugin on your website, clear its cache as well.

If that makes no difference, its possible that this may be the cause of a plugin/theme conflict. To check, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test as outlined in the support guide below:

we updated all plugins and theme. We also disabled caching and cleared browser cache. The issue still persisted.

Then we created staging website, disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and enabled default theme. This still didn’t resolve the issue.

We don’t have any fatal errors from the day that the coupon issue started occurring.

Do you recall any changes/updates made to the site prior to this issue surfacing?

As a next step, can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients?–?Clear

It is always recommended that you have a good backup of your full site and database in place before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site.

Next, please?clear your browser cache?again, and see if this makes any difference.

If the issue is still present, can you follow the steps outlined in the below support guide to enable debugging:

This will create a?debug.log?file in the?wp-content?folder. Can you then access the?debug.log?file via FTP or your cPanel file manager and look for any error messages related to the issue and kindly share these here for us to take a closer look.

the only thing that pops into mind is that we redesigned website. First we created a staging site, did all the changes there, imported all orders from live site to the staging and pushed changes from staging to live.

Past analytics data was imported successfully, but I guess that after that, the issue with coupon analytics for new orders started occurring.

I cleared all transients, but unfortunately the issue persisted.

I did notice though, that for all test orders I created now, analytics was showing correctly. However, analytics from past orders/coupons is still missing.
