Coupon will not apply to any products

    A customer has tried to use a discount coupon and received and error message “Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to selected products.”

    So I checked the settings and found an error in my setup. I have fixed it and tried it again and again but I still rceive the same error message. I have listed no products or categories in either the ‘include’ or ‘exclude’ fields, so in my mind it should apply to everything as long as the minimum amount is reached?

    Not sure what else to do?

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Our plugin uses the standard WooCommerce coupons functionality. Please try to create a similar coupon manually (Marketing > Coupons) and check if it will work.

    Thanks. I think I have now worked it out.

    I did make a mistake with allowing/excluding products which prevented the customer from using the coupon.

    In a ‘brain fade’ moment I wrongly thought that updating the plugin settings would fix the issue but of course the coupon has already been generated! Ans it’s also email specific.

    So I have updated the plugin and manually adjusted the existiong coupons ??
