Coupon USage counter not changing

That’s very unusual, was the coupon created with the WooCommerce coupon functionality or by a third-party plugin?

Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Hi, here are screenshots. Please note I decreased number to 400 and it actually showed one was used, but we had 100s of purchases that used this coupon already so this is definitely not incrementing correctly…

Thanks for you sharing the screenshots.

Your site’s WP memory is 64 MB which is way lower than the server requirement of WooCommerce so I will recommend increasing it to at least 256MB or more and see if that makes a difference.

If not, I will recommend you perform a full conflict test by:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
