Coupon Terms Field Missing

    Hello! I hope you can help me. For some reason I can’t see the the Terms field. I haven’t noticed any other fields missing from the free version. example – https://www.obx.com/business/outer-banks-fishing-pier/

    I did see a topic where you mentioned that a theme’s css is hiding the Terms field. I tried that fix but it didn’t seem to work.

    I open to all suggestions. Thank you.

    I can help out.

    I took a look and I see both fields.

    The deal starts with $1.00 OFF

    And the terms has the image of the fish.

    Do you see both of those on the frontend and in the admin?

    the fish was added as a Background Image. On the Content tab there is no choice for Terms. so I added the customer’s logo instead.

    Hi,

    It looks like you are using the Pro version, correct?

    If so please contact support through:

    We are unable to support the Pro features on www.remarpro.com.

    As for the next step before contacting us on the Pro site can you try changing the Coupon Template from Default to Image and then back to default and see if that shows the field.

    Thanks. There is definately a problem (conflict?) with the Pro version. When I deactivate it the Terms field reappears. I’ll contact Pro support.

    I am going to mark this resolved.

    Looks like the conflict was caused by having Coupon Creator 2.5 and Coupon Creator Pro 2.4 active. Updating Pro to 2.5 looks to resolve the issue.
