    So far the plugin looks great. I just don’t know how the coupon works

    When I send a test, it says “dummy-coupon”
    Where is this code coming from? Does the app generate the codes?

  • Hi @renier8 this code is generated by the plugin. Try to edit any follow-up e-mails, there’s an option for auto generating coupon codes.

    I did a test. I activated the follow-up template and set abandon time to 5 min.
    But nothing came through.
    Do you have any advice?

    It seems that you have sent the test mail hence you have received the ‘Dummy Coupon’.

    If you want to see in realtime you can abandon the cart with your email address.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I did a real time test with a separate user login and abandon the cart, but there is no email (reminder) coming through.
    The dummy-test worked once yesterda, but does not work today after a few attempts.

    Let me know what else I can try.
