Hi, Today I made my first popup coupon.
After I imported the .csv file everything worked fine.
But after a small period of time the coupon code went from active to not active.
Is there a way I can reverse this, or deactivate this?

    Dear @hans2340,

    Thank you for your topic.

I want to note that, unfortunately, at this moment, we don’t have the functionality you described for the coupon type.

Currently, after importing a certain number of coupons, they are categorized as Active.
When a user visits the website and the popup appears, they will randomly see one of the coupons you’ve set up.
Once a coupon is displayed to the user, the system automatically moves it to Inactive.

At this time, it’s not possible to disable this behavior or move a coupon back from Inactive to Active.

However, this functionality is planned for a future updates and is on our roadmap.
We appreciate your suggestion and will be sure to let you know as soon as this feature becomes available.

As a workaround, you could create a popup with Custom Content Type and manually add the static coupon code inside.

Let us know if you have more questions.

    Thank you.
