Coupon page doesnt exist (Invalid post type??)

I have a page with woocommerce and I realized that coupon page doesn’t exist (not in marketing tab nor woocommerce tab).
I deactivated all plugins except for woocommerce, I used woocommerce tools to check the database, etc. I tried all possible solutions, but coupon page doesnt exist.I tried to access via URL (https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_coupon) to show the coupons and website displays this message:
Invalid post type.
the same with coupon creation page: https://domain.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=shop_coupon
Invalid post type.
What can I do with this? there’s no info on Internet about this problem. It’s the first time I face this. I have about 40 pages with woocommerce and only this website have this problem.
