Coupon not working

    Hello, I have WP simplepay PRO and I’ve got the coupon custom field in my form enabled. I created the coupon on stripe but When I enter the coupon in my payment form, It’s saying “No such coupon: ‘COUPONNAME’.. What Am I doing wrong please? I have also reconnected the stripe account after I’ve created the coupon.

    Make sure that you are using the coupon id for the actual coupon code name. You can find the detailed instructions with screenshots, etc., on our documentation site. This has tripped many folks up before.
