coupon not showing in customer’s account

    I am currently doing some work around wc smart coupons using the RESTful API.

    I’ve worked on a simple example for creating a store credit using the example given here… https://woocommerce.com/document/smart-coupons/smart-coupons-rest-api/ (I had to tweak email_restrictions as it’s an array of strings, not a string).

    I’ve managed to create the coupon / store credit, which shows up in the list of coupons, however the coupon doesn’t show up in the account associated with the email I added to email_restrictions.

    Does anyone know what I need to do to get the coupon to show up in the customer’s account?

    Thanks for your reply. I presume this would be a technical support request? If I select that option any ability to pose a question disappears and I need to select from a closed list of products that doesn’t include smart coupons so I’m at a loss as to how to proceed down that route. The closest choice seems to be core woo commerce, but you’re suggesting smart coupons is out of that scope. Any assistance in submitting a request would be much appreciated.

    That is correct, this falls under technical support request.
