    Hello everybody,

i have a strange problem with creating coupons in Woocommerce. I’ve created the coupon to provide a free shipping and defined everything in WooCommerce settings, just like it was described in the Woocommerce doc.

However when i try to apply the code in cart or checkout, i get following message:”Coupon “*****” does not exist!”, which is quite strange, since coupon is published, everything is defined there and in the Woocommerce free shipping settings.

I also have a coupon created couple of months ago for percentage discount, and it works normally. When i try to use it for free shipping, everything works great.

It seems like this problem occurs only for newly created coupons.

Can somebody help me with this? It is a bit urgent and very important for me.

    Thank you,

    Veljko

Have you tried a different name for your coupon? I cannot reproduce anything without knowing how its setup and named.
