Coupon not created

    Hi There,

    When properly testing coupon creation by abandoning the cart on our site, I’m still not getting a coupon to create, nor a discount applied. I’m not using a test email, but abandoning the cart and still, I get “DUMMY-COUPON”.

    Please advise. Thanks!

    Hello @alexkoz,

    When you test the email you will receive the Dummy Coupon, but in real-time you will receive the unique coupon.
