Coupon not auto apply

    Hello Team,
    When I am sending mail via cart abandonment plugin after 72 hours with a 10%Off coupon code then, the coupon code is not auto-apply when the customer clicks on the link. Can you please check the issue

    It should not happen actually. Can you please let me know if you are using any plugin that works with WooCommerce coupons?

    Can you please deactivate the other plugins and check if the issue is resolved or not?

    Have you added any custom code that interferes with the checkout coupons or something like that?
