Coupon not Applying automatically

    Hi, I would like to ask for assistance regarding Referral Link auto apply coupon.

    We enabled auto apply coupon in referral settings https://prnt.sc/AwFKicIdRmap but it is not working when we tested it.

    This is the flow of what I did:
    – visited referral link https://performbettstg.wpengine.com?coupon=5x5aftest
    – clicked shop in the menu
    – added product to cart
    – proceed to checkout

    But when I checked the checkout, there was no coupon applied.

    If you could help solve this issue, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the message.

    Yeah, it seems like the cookie is not being saved when the referral link is clicked. Therefore it only works if you add items to cart, and use the referral link directly to the cart page: https://performbettstg.wpengine.com/cart/?coupon=5x5aftest

    Do you have any other plugins that block cookies or modify when they can be applied? Can you try temporarily disabling all your other plugins except WooCommerce and Coupon Affiliates, and give it another try to make sure there isn’t a conflict with another plugin?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. I figured out the plugin that caused the issue. The JetCompareWishlist For Elementor Plugin by Crocoblock had a conflict with the WooCommerce Affiliate Plugin – Coupon Affiliates. I’m not quite sure on how we should approach this as we need both of the plugins on our site. Is it possible for you to take a quick look into this? I will also try to contact the support for the said plugin. I just wanna take inputs from both plugin support to figure out how to fix this.
