    I have set up a 30% discount when you buy 2 or more products. It works for all products except that I have excluded 1 product from the coupon. If the customer has 2 eligible products in the cart, the coupon applies perfectly. If the customer adds the excluded product (this means 3 total products in the cart – 2 eligible and one not eligible), then the coupon does not apply at all – not even to the 2 eligible products. How can I set it so that if an ineligible product is in the cart, along with 2 eligible products, the coupon will apply to the 2 eligible products?

    I should note that I tried setting the excluded product as a sale item and set the coupon restriction to not apply to Sale items. It still does not apply the coupon if sale and eligible are in the same cart.

    For percentage and fixed product discounts, the coupon will be applied if there is at least one eligible product in the cart and the discount will be proportional to the number of eligible products. Therefore, even if the cart contains a product from the excluded product list, the coupon would still be applied. The same goes for the Exclude sale items option.
    Please be aware that the Fixed cart coupons won’t be applied if there are any products from the excluded list or sale items.

    Kindly make sure that you are using a fixed product or percentage coupon for this purpose. Please check the working of the coupons on excluded products after deactivating the plugin and let us know how it goes. If the issue persists, please share the screenshots of the coupon edit pages (all tabs), the coupon code and your site URL.
