Coupon management has been moved!

Today i tried a new gift card plug in & now i get this message telling me coupons has moved. I know where it is as been accessing it under Marketing for months.
But now i can not get rid of this!
I click on the move etc.. it comes back.
I have tried 3 browsers & it comes back in all 3.
I have even tried MyPHP remove-legacy-coupon-menu. this was already set to actioned. I have unactioned it (save etc), back in to action it save..
Nag is still there!
