Coupon management bug (workaround doesn’t work!)

Hello,
we are currently having an issue with an already reported and known bug:
The notice “Coupon management has been removed! Coupons can now be managed from Marketing > Coupons. Click the button below to remove the deprecated menu item WooCommerce > Coupons.” can’t be removed from the WooCommerce Dashboard. We understand it is a known bug. We click the button to remove the notice and the notice doesn’t go away. Instead we get an error in the browser console:Uncaught (in promise) Error

we found a couple support tickets regarding this problem:

But the mentioned workaround doesn’t work for us at all. We encounter this issue in 15/20 of our WC installations (the others don’t have this notice).
In the database the parameter is already set to “actioned” when we try to change it. We also tried to set it to “unactioned” but that also didn’t work. After that we set it to “actioned” again and that also didn’t work.
When will this be fixed or is there another workaround we can try?

Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that you’re unable to dismiss the notification on your dashboard about coupon management and even after changing the value in the database, the issue still persists.
It could be due to caching. Can you please have your host purge the site cache first?
Then, please also clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?
Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

we tried both:- host purged site cache
- tried another browser
and both didn’t solve the issue.
Meanwhile we also updated to the latest WooCommerce etc. and the problem still persists.

wp_wc_admin_note_actionstable and search for the name,remove-legacy-coupon-menu. Change the status toactioned - Locate the
wc-admin-coupon-page-moved?option in the?wp_wc_admin_notes?table. Change the status to?actioned
