a client says that when they tried using my welcome coupon code she tried using it and it said its expired by the time she tried purchasing, my code has no expiration and other customers use it fine

in the backend i see that her order first got canceled (coupon code was used)

and then she tried re ordering and succeded using the coupon code

could this be a cache issue in her end?

    Hey @eppz ,

It’s possible that this may have been caused by caching, however checking your sites System Status report, I’m seeing some discrepancies that could be contributing to this type of behavior.

    WC Version: 9.1.4
    WC Database Version: 8.9.3

The site’s WooCommerce core version is not yet updated to the latest available version (9.3.3)

Also, the WooCommerce Database version is outdated and does not match the WooCommerce core version on your site. A mismatch can lead to odd behavior like this.

I’d suggest updating your WooCommerce core version, as well as?updating your WooCommerce Database?to help prevent these type of issues from popping up. This can be done via?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools?→?Update database.

    ### Templates ###
    ?
Overrides: sante-child/woocommerce/archive-product.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 8.6.0
    sante-child/woocommerce/content-product.php
    sante/inc/woocommerce/templates/content-widget-product.php
    sante/inc/woocommerce/templates/global/quantity-input.php
    sante-child/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/simple.php
    sante-child/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php
    sante/inc/woocommerce/templates/single-product/meta.php
sante-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 7.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.0.0
    sante-child/woocommerce/single-product/short-description.php

Lastly, I’m seeing some outdated templates. It may be helpful to update these to prevent issues from happening on the site. You can read more about how to update outdated templates here:

We always recommend ensuring that you have a good?backup?of your?full site and database?before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

    Cheers!
