    Hi,
    Until a few hours ago, everything worked perfectly. Now customers cannot use their reward points, they receive the message “Coupon is not valid”. What happened?

    It only works on the Cart page not on the Checkout page, from what I saw.

    Thanks for using our plugin, as you mentioned we checked the issue from our end and it is running good, You might be facing some compatibility issue with the theme or with another plugin. We suggest you to please run a test by changing the theme and deactivating third-party plugin one by one.
