    Hi,

    Lately, some of the orders (2 out of 5) do not generate the coupon and therefore no coupon email is sent. Since there is no error on the log and the order completes correctly, my only way to know this is happening is because there is no new coupon in the coupon list and there is no coupon email for that order in the list of sent emails, so I do not know if those customers also don’t see the customized thank you page at all.

    Do you know of any common errors that could be causing this? A coupon was always generated for each customer, everything worked perfectly, this has been happening for a week or so.
