Coupon form not showing in the Cart

    Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience.

    I’d like to inform you that the “Coupon form” widget is for checkout page, not for cart page. So you need to add that widget on the checkout page.

    Also, could you please share if you’re using the latest version of CoDesigner 4.0 and CoDesigner Pro 4.0?

    Since we have made major changes in the latest version there could be compatibility issues if the CoDesigner and CoDesigner Pro are not updated to the latest versions.

    We have released a newer version of the CoDesigner (4.1) resolving the “Coupon Form” widget issue.

    Could you please update the plugin to the latest version and see if the issue persists?

    Please share the update here with us.

    N.B: Don’t forget to take a backup of your website before updating any plugin.
