Thanks for reaching out! Are you using the built-in coupon settings to manage Coupons, or are you using a plugin for this?

Can you please share a bit more info on where the coupon is not working as expected? Are you seeing any error messages when a valid coupon is entered? A screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end may be helpful.

Looking at your shared system status report, I’m able to see a couple of overrides on your cart page from your theme and could not help but notice that there’s a notification that you’re using outdated templates. Could you please try updating the templates and check if the issue permits?

Should it persist, please try switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to check if you’re able to replicate this issue. Please be sure to have a backup in place as a fallback option should you need to restore your site.
