Hello Webtoffe team !

I have just a question about one point always for my website

I created the category "privilege sales", "Ventes Privilèges" in French

Via Smart Coupon for woocommerce, I created 5 coupons: 1 product purchased = 10%, 2 = 20%, 3 = 30%, 4 = 40% and +5 = 50%.?

The discount applies well in the cart?

On the other hand, I have deactivated free delivery.?

However, in the cart, if all the items are from the "Privilege sales" category, delivery is not charged even though it should be. Does not arise when there is one or more items in the basket that are not part of the "privilege sales" category.?

This is very problematic because since the start of my private sales, customers who have purchased 100% of them. "privileged sales" items did not pay the shipping costs.?

Can you help me please? This is urgent because I am losing money with the delivery which was not invoiced.?

2. Screenshots of the coupon edit pages for the coupons you have created. Please include screenshots of all tabs of the coupon. This will help us thoroughly understand the settings and configurations of the coupons.
3. WooCommerce System Status report: You can access the System Status report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report.?
Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to assist you further.
