coupon data panel file missing

On the product page it says “The required WooCommerce coupon data panel file is missing. This plugin needs an update!
But I am up to date.
I tried to reinstall woocommerce to see if the missing file would be uploaded but it didn;t work. Currently the 2 coupons that I have tried did not take the discount off the total. You see the discount in the cart but it doesnt apply to the total.
How do I fix this?
