Coupon code not working

    Whenever a user applies a coupon code, eg. SAVE10, rather than applying 10% discount, it now adds the discount plus an extra item. I’ve tried removing the codes and re-adding them and also tried other codes, but the same thing happens every time. I don’t know what I should do next, please can anyone suggest any remedies? TIA

    Hi @campinitos,

    I’ve visited your site, added an item to the cart and applied the coupon code. Indeed, another item was immediately added to the cart along with the coupon code. This is a bit strange! What I suspect is that there is a conflict behind this behavior.

    Can you please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, activate the default
    Storefront theme and check if the coupon code is applied correctly?

    Thanks all, it turns out it was the Paypal plugin.
