Coupon code not appearing in account?

    Hi,

    Ive installed your premium version on my site but cannot seem to get the plugin to work as i have set it.

    I’ve set the rule that an already logged in customer can send a referral to a new (never registered customer) and with that referral the new customer automatically gets a ￡20 voucher to their account when they sign up. When the new customer uses this voucher on their first order the person who sent the referral link also receives a ￡20 voucher. The emails are sending but the voucher does not appear in the email, just referral link. When the new customer then sign up to the site, the voucher that was sent to that email also does not show up in their new account?

    Can you please offer some assistance?

    Premium users have dedicated support @ wpgens.com. I suppose we fixed this already, but if not, please message me at goran @ wpgens.com or via a form on wpgens.com (click the purple circle at the bottom right).

    I always reply within a couple of hours for premium users when contacted.
