Coupon code – jumps to “disabled”

    Hi Guys,

    Thanks so much for adding the coupon option!
    However, it doesn’t seem to work (fully) yet, or i’m doing something wrong ??

    On the Coupon page, i’ve enabled coupons.
    I’ve added a coupon
    Then i go to the product page – coupon settings and change it to either Use Global Setting or Enabled, and save the page – yet it always jumps back to ‘disabled’

    Let me know what i’m doing wrong? THanks!

    Hi, it sounds like there might be a conflict somewhere.

    Try the following steps. Disable all of your other plugins, then save the coupon settings again. Let me know what happens.

    Thanks for the quick reply, i’ve done that – no effect.

    I deactivated all 18 plugins, actived Stripe Payments.

    Then disabled and reenabled Coupons

    Then to product page and switch to enabled, but with saving comes the same jump back to disabled.

    FYI:
    WordPress 4.9.5 running Primer theme

    Can you now test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen? Let me know what happens.

    Thank you mbrsolution and abelfinance for testing this by disabling plugins and making sure this is not caused by plugins conflict.

    I have tested this on my server and can confirm this is a bug. It is switched to “Disabled” after saving changes, but this is just visual, coupon field is still displayed on the payment page.

    A new version that fixes this should be released shortly. Sorry for inconveniences and thank you for the report.

    Ya, I confirm I got the same issue
    It stays on Disable check
    Great if it is fixed
