COUPON CODE ISSUE

  • Hi there,

    I have set one coupon code to apply automatically when a product is picked up at a certain location but it sometimes apply and sometimes not.

    (l got it to work sometimes but I need to click on the shipping option and then the payment option and then the single pick up option twice each when on the shopping cart page.. And still event that it does not work all the time)

    Would you know why ?

    Location : retrait à la ferme / Gaec an Awen (place of the farm where to pick up the merch)

    Coupon : a coupon of 8.33% is automatically applied to all on-line purchased being picked up at the farm (all products and all categories as long as the products are been picked up at the farm called Gaec an Awen in Kermoroc’h village)

    Plugins : I have “Quick Buy Now Button for WooCommerce” but I installed it after I saw the aforementionned issue. Otherwise I have the usual WooPayments, WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, WooCommerce plugins.

    How are you setting up this coupon? Are you using a plugin or custom code to make it be applied automatically?
