Coupon code in link not working

    Hi, we use the plugin with succes. However, we noticed that when people want to use a couponcode, the coupon code is not added to the card. It only happens with some customers, but always when they used the recovery link.

    Is this a know issue, or do you have any ideas how we can fix this?
    Cache is disabled for those pages and spamfilters are checked.

    Thank you for your reply. We where able to find the conflicting plugin; CleanTalk blocked the attempt.

    So ticket can be closed.
