Coupon Code form and input fields do not show on any of the checkout steps?

    Hi
    I am having the same issue as the thread about a month back.

    The issue being that the Enter Coupon field is present on the Cart page – if the customer clicks to view cart before going to checkout but if the customer decides to go straight to checkiut then the Enter Coupon field is not showing. I can actually see it momentarily before the page redraws without the coupon. How to fix this?

    Hello Ian,

    could you give me a link to your website so I can have a look? Normally the coupon form should show up under the “Order” step, before the “Your Order” section. And that should be the case regardless if the customer comes through the cart page or directly to the checkout page.
