Hi – is enabling a coupon code field possible in the free version? I saw an old thread where the user was seeing it in the checkout page in the free version and wanted to turn it off. I have the opposite problem. I have it enabled in woocommerce but it’s not showing up in the cartflow checkout page. Thanks

    Hello @alanwp81 ,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!.

That’s strange, When you enable the Coupon Field from the WooCommerce then it will automatically displayed on the CartFlows Checkout page.

So, I think there might be a conflict with one of the plugin which is installed and activated on your website.

Can you please try below steps to find out any possible conflict.

    1. Please try checking if the error persists if you temporarily switch to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen.
    ?
    2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the error. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
    ?
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems.
If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website.
    ?
Please let me know how that goes. I will be happy to help with any further assistance you might need.
