Coupon Code Field

  • Hi,
    We would like to apply a Coupon discount to Room Rates but cannot see a field where the Coupon Code is added.
    The Coupons have been enabled and defined but don’t seem to see where this may be added during the payment process.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    The coupon form is visible in the booking page (ie. the checkout). If you don’t see the form please switch the theme to TwentyTwenty-One or to Manila.

    Maybe you’re having a theme issue. In this case contact the author of your theme.

    I saw the coupon field when I switched to the TwentyTwentyOne theme so this issue does seem to be theme related.
