coupon code doesn’t exist

I am also experiencing this issue! All existing gift cards that have been purchased are showing “Coupon does not exist!” this is a major issues caused by the latest update. Please advise urgently.

Hi @wrconsultancy, eventually you can download older version via advance view on the plugin page of the wordpress repository.
In my case i find another plugin.

A new version (2.0.1) is available to fix the issue with the non-existing gift card codes in the coupon’s inputs.

Could you update the plugin and check if the problem is solved, please?

Thanks for the quick response, this update has resolved the issue.

Is there a way to manually set the gift cards as “spent” to mitigate the impact of the error. We had to make some manual transactions, for the customers who wanted to use their gift cards in the interim and these are still showing as available to spend in their accounts.

And yes, you can edit the gift cards manually in the gift card dashboard and update his balance depending on the amount spent by the customer. You can check how to edit them on this page of the documentation.
