• Hello,

I have installed the free version plugin for wordpress.

    I use woocommerce.

My problem is that if I create a coupon for example “easy10” if I write it in capital letters it tells me that it does not exist.

if I disable awocoupon instead I can insert the coupons in both upper and lower case.

    What can be the problem?

    Thank you

    Hello,

By default all coupons in AwoCoupon are case sensitive, but you can turn this off by going to AwoCoupon > configuration and setting “Case Sensitive Coupon Code” to “No”.

Thank you. I updated the plugin but now the coupons inserted through awocoupon in the checkout and in the cart are not inserted.

I tried to activate the basic theme of wordpress but I have the same problem.

Not sure I understand what you mean. Are you saying AwoCoupon coupons are not working bot WooCommerce coupons are?

After updating the plugin the Woocommerce coupons work (I created easy10 and if I write it in the cart in lowercase or uppercase it works).

Those created with Awocoupon when I click “apply coupon” continues to load but does not insert the coupon.

I tried to use the basic theme but it gives me the same problem

@awodev I’ve archived your reply. You’re not permitted to access a user’s site directly or even ask.

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.
