Coupon applied but shipping price remains

    Hello,

    sorry I post another topic because I’m testing the plugin. Free shipping coupon is visible on checkout, but shipping with price also remains under it.

    I would expect to see only free shipping, right? Screenshot (shippping €?10,00 remains on guest page – first order): https://ibb.co/syLSR6C

    Hi @francescodelloro ,

    Make sure following:
    1. In Woocommerce shipping settings, you have free shipping enabled and chosen to be using “A valid Free shipping coupon”
    2. It works for logged in users only.
