Once we applied Coupon (thankyou25) is not getting applied.

First you’ll want to check if the coupon in question has the usage restrictions set as expected. You can check our documentation for reference: https://woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/

On Checkout Page once we update coupon — Coupon code applied successfully. update but it is not updating on Your Order details.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Moreover, the site is not running the latest version of WordPress so that needs updated as well.

My account: ? Page does not contain the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode.

The My account page doesn’t seem to have been set properly either.

After making these changes can you please let us know if you still see the same behavior about the coupon not updating?

As we have updated PHP version: 7.2.34

As we have checked with theme support team also, they are not helping us.

If we update woo-commerce then we have to re-do all our custom setting what we have made as per our requirement.

If you can help with any changes on code. Once we update Coupon it shows message coupon applied successful. And below your order detail loading icon appears. but not showing coupon applied calculation.

It is important for the site to be updated, I understand your point, but sites are dynamic they are changing every day.

Our support for custom code is limited, however, the thread is open for anyone else to chime in and help.

You can perform a conflict test, to do that, please follow these instructions:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem
