    Hello,

I’m trying your plugin and I have a question about how the coupon is applied.
I noticed that it is only calculated on the value of the items purchased, and not on the total amount of the order (items in cart + shipping costs).

    So, for example:
Shipping cost are 5€ below 80€, and free for any order above 80€
The customer want to use a gift card with a value of 100€.
Let’s imagine that he wants to spend only 60€.

Then the customer will have to pay 5€ when he should not have to pay anything.

Is there a way to solve this issue ?
I would like create gift cards with small amount (30, 40€), and I would like to keep my “free shipping limit” to 80€.

    Thanks a lot in advance.
    Best regards

    Hello @joy0114

Thanks for showing your interest in our plugin. In our org version Gift coupon will only get applied to the product amount, not to the shipping amount.

So, with the pro version, gift coupon is applied on total checkout, after a possible calculation of the shipping costs ?
    Am I right ?

    Thanks

    Hi @joy0114

We have inherited the WooCommerce Coupons feature in our plugin. Apply coupon setting is provided by WooCommerce plugin. If you enable such an option then the customer can apply the gift card coupon on the checkout page also.

    Thanks
