Coupon adding extra product when going to payment gateway

  • I Have an issue with Woocommerce and coupons. Once I apply a coupon the amounts and qty items displays correctly in cart as well as checkout. Once I complete the order there or go to the payment gate way, it will ad the original product plus the one with discount coupon and the amount would be for 1 item plus 1 item less the discount. I need urgent help to resolve this. I must say this was not happening before until I installed the Payfast payment gateway.

    Could you please edit the Coupon and share the screenshot?
    I want to see how it is set up and what conditions are applied.

    Also, share the steps you have taken so I can reproduce the issue on my end and diagnose the problem.

    Have you tried deactivating the Payfast payment gateway and see if the problem still occurs?

    Lastly, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
