Counts Showing Zero

What are the settings under question number 5 in the plugin for Youtube and Instagram? Could you please post a screenshot?

Do you use any cache plugins @sayhi2lonnie ? If you are, could you please purge the cache or disable the cache plugin temporarily? Does that solve the issue?

I deleted cache, then disabled WP Fastest Cache.

The counts are still showing “0”

Any luck?

In production I changed to static counts for now.

I set up a staging environment that fetches the counts at https://test.nassaucountyaquariumsociety.org/
