Counts paragraphs differently when a caption is below image

Without link to your website there is nothing I can do.

Thanks Spacetime. Heres the link. I assumed there was a common fix for this. I don’t have adsense ads serving on the homepage. Just pages and posts. As I said, I want the ads inserted below the first paragraph. It does if the image has a caption. If it doesn’t however the ad is served immediately below the image.

There is a simple solution for this problem.
Simply configure block not to count paragraphs that contain “<img” (without quotes).
This way Ad Inserter will skip (not count) paragraphs that contain image and will put ad block below the first paragraph without image.

Thanks Spacetime. I added “<img” without the quotes to the “do not contain” box. It was successful in terms of not placing my Adsense ads directly under the image. However, it is not consistent in placing the ads under the first paragraph. In some posts it places the ad after the second or third paragraph.

I have the settings configured at paragraph number – 1, minimum number of paragraphs – 1, minimum number of words – 10.

Am I missing something to prevent this?

Are you sure you have configured block to insert ad after the first paragraph?

On https://allgaragefloors.com/metallic-garage-floor-epoxy/ you have a paragraph with image which is skipped.
