Counts not showing

Hi Pam – If you go to Advanced Settings in the plugin, what do you see? Does it read “Server side share count API is reachable”?

Yes…Connection to server is OK.

Hi Pam – Okay, we figured out what the issue is and it’s something bigger that we need to fix on our end. However, in the meantime, if you clear any caching plugins you have installed in WP right now, that should help in the meantime. Can you please try that and let me know if that helps?
