Country stats accuracy

    How accurate are the country stats? It seems as if every time I’m using my child theme to update information France seems to always pop up in the stats with a lot of views and visitors. Is that normal or are the stats playing tricks with me? Could my site be hacked?

    Many things can impact stats from countries, in some cases, the “visit” may not be from a user, but from a bot that is crawling your page from a search engine, the origin of the search engine bot could be from France.
