    Which country should I select if I want to target Hong Kong? It doesn’t appear in the dropdown.

    That kind of depends for what marketing channel you want to create a product feed? When you want to create a feed for Google Shopping or Facebook you can select any country in which Google/Facebook is active, like the United Kingdom or the United States.
