it’s funny. onesignal keep telling us “because of legal issues”. I have to ask, this legal issues are only for your company?????? not google or Facebook or WP or Microsoft?

OneSignal is based in the United States, so we have to abide by US laws and cannot work with countries on the US Embargo List. Obviously, this hurts us too – our goal is to power the world’s messages. We’re hoping sanctions get lifted soon. Apologies for the inconvenience!

There is no embargo or Ban against the country of Venezuela by the state Department, except and only for top officials on the Government. The travel band only refers, in the case of Venezuela to High Government officials.

    Hi,

After reviewing this with our law firm, we have decided to lift the block on users based in Venezuela. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. And we hope you enjoy using OneSignal!

    Best,
    Lydia

Hi! that is a great news! i’m trying to go to the Onesignal website but i still cant. Look: https://prntscr.com/m87fo7 When the block will be lifted?

    It should work now. ??

@onesignal Actually I have access to Onesignal.com website from Venezuela. But I’m testing sending messages to my test user in Venezuela and the messages are not arriving. Is it possible that messages are still being blocked for users in Venezuela? Please could you double check that (and solve the issue if it’s still blocked) or tell me please why messages are not arriving to my test user using chrome browser in Venezuela.

Thanks for your help in this matter.
