Country not working

    Hello,
    Thanks for the great plugin.
    I’m now Adding new countries locally to test it and upload it to Github when I finished.
    I added UAE and it working perfectly, but I tried to Add Kuwait and the state field won’t change to select list Item, I added the States and places.
    Is there any way to send the files to you to check it before uploading it to github, there is no error in the console or the page.

    Please, update the plugin to the last release that includes support for United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kuwait.
