Country name is required error

A user of your plugin has reached out to us in WooCommerce support to report an issue that they are having when a user tries to register on the WooCommerce “My Account” page – e.g.

It looks like the code that outputs that message could do with some conditional logic so that it doesn’t run during user registration.
